English Speaking Operator (3-shifts)

Do you feel comfortable within a production environment? And do you prefer working in a 3-shift schedule? Then this role as an operator is made for you!

In this job, you ensure that the machines that produce packaging - especially lids for the food industry - keep running correctly. You will intervene immediately in case of minor malfunctions and call in the technical service if necessary. In addition, your responsibilities consist of:
- Smooth running of the production process;
- Packing tasks;
- Ensuring a clean and tidy work environment.

During an average working day you will be standing in one of the modern production halls and monitoring the process. You keep an overview and make sure that the machines in your production hall keep running properly. The 3-shift schedule is as follows:
- Morning shift: 6:45 to 15:00 (on Monday you start at 5:15);
- Evening shift: 14:45 to 23:00 (on Friday you will close at 1:00);
- Night shift: 22:45 to 07:00.

In weeks when you work night shifts, you are off on the night of Sunday to Monday. You will then work not 5, but 4 days. Therefore, an average work week at this organization consists of 38.5 hours.

You will be working at a family business that has been an expert in producing packaging for the food industry for many years. A total of about 70 people work here. In addition, about 40 colleagues work every week at the sheltered workshop. Social responsibility is highly valued at this organization.
