Are you looking for an varied role and want to learn how to work with an overhead crane? This is your chance to join a dynamic team responsible for loading and unloading trucks with various steel products. The tasks involve working with large and heavy materials, primarily using the overhead crane.

What will you be doing?

Loading and unloading trucks with various steel products, such as pipes and plates, using the overhead crane.
Order picking: Collecting all materials from the shelves (pins), bundling them, and preparing them for loading onto trucks, ensuring the materials are ready for delivery to customers the following day.
Working with overhead cranes that have a span of 24 to 29 meters and can lift up to 10 tons.
Collaborating with your team to ensure everything is done efficiently and safely in a collegial work environment.

Jouw nieuwe werkplek

You will be working in a large warehouse, where all the steel is stored. The warehouse is partly open as steel is delivered by boat weekly. This means that in summer it can be warm, and in winter it can be cold, but you can dress accordingly to protect yourself. The warehouse can also be quite noisy, as steel clashing together creates a fair amount of sound. It’s important that you can handle this and remain focused despite the noise.

Salary of €16.61 gross per hour, including shift allowance, which is paid on all worked hours.
