We are searching for a motivated full-time Packaging Operator to strengthen the team at a modern production company in Deventer. In this role, you’ll work within a 2-shift rotation, ensuring the packaging process runs smoothly in a clean, safe, and well-structured environment where teamwork and quality are the top priorities.

In this role, you’ll work within a 2-shift rotation, ensuring the packaging process runs smoothly in a clean, safe, and well-structured environment where teamwork and quality are the top priorities.
Working hours (2-shift system):
- Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:30
- Evening shift: 14:30 – 23:00
- Three paid breaks of 20 minutes per shift

As a Packaging Operator, you make sure the packaging process runs smoothly. You operate and adjust machines, handle minor technical issues, and keep your work area clean and safe. You’re hands-on, alert, and not afraid to take action.

- Operating and monitoring packaging machines
- Setting up and adjusting machines for product changes
- Troubleshooting small technical problems
- Maintaining a safe and clean workplace
Dit bieden wij jou
- Gross hourly wage starting from €17.95
- 17% shift allowance on top of your salary
- Full-time position in a 2-shift system
- Paid breaks: three times 20 minutes per shift
- A friendly and supportive team atmosphere
Dit vragen wij van jou
You’re practical, motivated, and have basic technical insight. Experience as an operator is a plus, but your mindset and willingness to learn are most important.
- Experience in production (preferably as an operator) is a plus
- Ability to spot and solve technical issues independently
- Reliable, accurate, and motivated to work in shifts
